1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
   ●Product Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and intact without damage or defacement for return or exchange.
   ●Application Period: You have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return or exchange.
2. Return and Exchange Process
   2.1 Request a Return or Exchange
   To return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
   ●Contact Customer Service: Contact Customer Service via email to notify us of your return or exchange request. Please include your order number and date of purchase.
   ●Get Confirmation: After confirmation via email or phone, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
   2.2 Return of returned goods
   ●Please return the product and the original packaging to the address we specify. Make sure to include your RMA number in the package.
   ●You must bear the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or product quality issues (such as wrong goods, damaged goods, etc.).
   2.3 Refund processing
   ●Once we receive the returned product and check that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
   ●The refund will be refunded to your payment account. If the payment method is credit card, the refund may take additional processing time.
3. Exceptions
   The following situations do not apply to our return policy:
   ●Any discounted products sold during promotional periods.
   ●Items that have been used, damaged or incompletely packaged.
   ●Items that are customized or personalized by customers.
4. Exchange policy
